Pre-filing services

Collecting of inventor information, invention details, etc. for preparation of patent applications.
Patent Applications

Preparation and filing of all necessary documents; review of application and drawings for clerical and formatting issues; procurement of inventors’ signatures; recordation of assignment(s); payment of fees; and reporting to client. (Includes the following types of applications: provisional, non-provisional, U.S. national phase entry, design, continuation, continuation-in-part, divisional, and re-examination).
Post-filing services

Preparation of office action response shells; post allowance reviews; and quality review and filing of all prosecution-related documents from preliminary amendments to payment of issue fees.

PCT Application

Preparation and filing of all necessary PCT documents; review of application and drawings for clerical and formatting issues; preparation of EZF file (via PCT Safe); payment of fees; and reporting to client.
Post-filing services

Preparation and filing of any necessary corrections, including 92bis requests; preparation and filing of Article 19/34 amendments; preparation and filing of Chapter II Demands; and reporting to client.
Foreign filing

Obtain and review all necessary documents for national phase entry; and prepare and send instructions to international counsels for national phase filings.

Handle docketing

Handle docketing of client’s matters in our database; and prepare docketing reports on scheduled basis and/or at client’s request. If client prefers to use a different database, then we can discuss training options.

Assist client in creating infrastructures

Assist client in creating infrastructures to manage their IP efficiently by assessing tools, resources, internal and external processes and procedures; education and training; due diligence reviews; acquisition review/analysis and conversion into client’s database; project-related work; and general audits.
